since pucci gets accelerated too it is only logical that he sees every biological organism moving in slow motion and actually has to wait all this time for the universe to collapse and reshape

It all depends on if Pucci is moving faster than light which he clearly wasn't doing since if he was then he wouldn't be able to see anything. Though this is specifically for Pucci as this rule doesn't apply to Star Platinum because it's a metaphysical stand. I think Pucci sees things in completely normal speed, but since he is accelerated and thus every part of him is, his reaction time is on par with his physical speed. That's why he could dodge those knives at point blank, because he perceived them going the same speed as him... which is regular speed relative to himself, so dodging them with extremely enhanced reaction time would be a cakewalk.

so in a similar way i think he could let time pass accelerated for him too, no way he would actually wait 100 trillion years
