there's alot to go through but
for the ultimate (GHA) you press either quarter circle + all 3 attack buttons or the specific shortcut input that presses it all
the energy bar (heart heat gauge) fills up by dealing damage to your opponent and taking damage, you can have a maximum of 3 bars of this gauge
you can spend this energy on enhancing your special moves (if you're a hamon user), performing special actions like flash cancelling, and doing super moves like the HHA and GHA
HHA (quarter circle + 2 attack buttons) takes one bar of energy to use and the GHA uses 2-3 bars to use, you can use it if you only have 2 but if you have 3 it uses all 3 bars but does more damage as a bonus
to learn josuke 8 you can look up a guide on youtube or join the asbr discord server and look for info in his channel
