Weird bit marks in JoJolion?

So at the beginning of JoJolion we see Josuke with a bite-mark on his neck then we see Yasuho and Joshu with the same marks then they develop their stands. I thought that it would be explained but it never was. It is also shown Yasuho had her stand as a kid, so was it some rock animal possible of giving stands, or just a coincidence?
