Yaiba beat. Great modern adaptation of an Aoyama Gosho series I loved. It’s about a wild kid raised in the jungle and taught the way of swordplay suddenly dumped into Japan… and then crazy things happen like demon possessed swords, magic dragon orbs (not that one), giant robots, old Japanese historical legends revived as half animal half humans, technologically advanced bunny people from the moon invading earth, you know just your typical battle shounen progress and craziness. Really hope a second season is coming because it just gets crazier and one of my favorite anime villains only showed her stuff in one episode here lol
Also checked out the first two episodes of Alice in Borderland Live Action Season 3. I liked what I saw, and they even implemented a game they cut from seasons 1-2. Not sure where they’re going by making ||Joker the enemy instead of an impartial judge, but maybe it’s not actually Joker.||. Also, 100 million fire arrows is such a goddamn awesome visual spectacle lol.
