there's two problems with that,1. flashback man and josuke where looking directly at each other near the wall eyes meaning he was already fused by that point ,2 kira appeared in the next chapter after flashback man and his design is radically different ,josuke doesn't seem to have the same reaction to seeing him than he does with flashback man
