Going off the assumption that Tooru is related to the stand,I think Araki already foreshadowed how to disable the calamity: Touching Tooru. I've read chapter 86 again and I've noticed during the hospital chase that Yasuo didn't really get hurt throughout the entire thing. I first thought that the touching might've been, you know sexual tension, but I think there was more to it. Each time Yasuo got touched by Tooru, she didn't get any kind of harm her way until she saw the back of the "head doctor" again. At the end of the chapter, the arm touch was to reset the ability since she saw the back again. Notice how the others still had calamity coming after them, noticeably Mitsuba who hasn't really been chasing the doctor, expect for Yasuo.
I may be wrong, but I really think there was more to those touching panels then was originally let on.
