We've straight up been told for the last couple of chapters that the Head Doctor doesn't haven't a form, that it doesn't make sense that he can keep getting around so quickly, that Tooru just "showed up" as soon as they started chasing the head doctor. We've pretty much been told he's Tooru's stand for the last 10 chapters, we just needed to confirmation. I'm gonna say this, I'm actually not expecting any more twists or turns at this point, now that we're 14 chapters deep into this arc. Just a matter of seeing how this all wraps up now.

I'm still against tooru=hd theories, hd's been in on the organization for a long time, that's why he's the head of it, and holly mentions even meeting him when they started to get into the inner workings of the hospital. I doubt it's tooru since I'm pretty sure he's still a student and just started working part time
