At minimum, maybe. But these chapters are around 30 plus pages long. In comparison, the current episodes usually go through 3 to 4, maybe 5, chapters per episode, which, in turn, are about 10 to 12 pages long each.

So if an episode of SBR were to cover around 48 pages, that would cover roughly a chapter and a half per. And given 95 episodes, divide that with 1.5, and we should expect around roughly 63 to 64 episodes for Steel Ball Run alone.

And remember, this is just a rough estimate, as there are some factors not accounted for, such as:

• Chapter lengths (I know one is like 5 pages or so)
• Added/cut content
• Change up in episode length
• Pace of each episode or how fast they cover them.

So take my 63 to 64 episode guesstimate with a grain of salt, if you will.

What I mean and what I'm getting at is that we don't have many dynamic or unique shots that deviate from the manga. Sure it would lose accuracy points, but it would gain some visual points.

This is actually something the OVA does right, as they seem to have a few interesting looking shots and scenes (for the most part).
