I find part 8 pretty interesting. I think its the first part that doesn't have a very straight forward goal and primary boss to defeat. Part 1: defeat Dio +zombies. Part 2: defeat Kars + other pillarmen. Part 3: defeat DIO + the stand users he sends. Part 4: defeat the guy with the stand arrow + the stand users he creates > defeat Kira. Part 5: defeat Diavolo + whoever is sent after gang. Part 6: defeat Pucci + stand users he sends. Part 7: defeat the president + Diego + other stand users.
Meanwhile in part 8, there was a group but they were defeated
and we don't know if there is a head villain
