Colored manga is done by sueisha and released in batches, last batch was released around 7 months ago and had volumes 11-15

#

once they release it the jojo colored adventure team starts to slowly work on it and they were releasing one per week last month

#

they caught up not a while ago and now we're waiting for the next release from sueisha

I wouldn't wait for the colored otherwise you'll probably have to wait a long time
