Hi everyone! My coauthors and I are super excited to share Streetlight Pursuit with y’all!

This fanfiction is a story set in the Jojo universe between parts 3-4 and focuses on five original female characters. They are detectives in 1993 New York tasked with protecting the city from rogue Stand users, the remnants of DIO, and other chaos caused by a missing Stand Arrow in the city.

  • Margherita “Rita” Zeppeli: The rookie. Aspiring private eye. Definitely not Zeppeli-cursed.
  • Amanda Valentine: The brooding vampire. The team’s most senior investigator. The reliable tank in fights.
  • Sally Reed: Forensic scientist. NY native. Lover of dogs and punk rock.
  • Stella “Morgan” Becquerel: The literal light of the team. She will unlock her friends by defeating them Smash style.
  • Brienne: The boss. A girlboss, even. She’s the cold, calculating expert who gets shit done and pulls no punches.

An excerpt from chapter 1 of A Little Messed Up:

"Near the center of the compound was a large church. Having been constructed recently, it stood out compared to the other weathered and time-battered structures. Many of the members visited the church daily, and its most popular asset was a large, segmented tinted glass window depicting the High Heart’s physical form. Crudely soldered, numerous geometric shapes were arranged in a fashion that showed a man with a heart mark over his eye being carried by another. Many members said they felt at ease when looking at the glass; a constant reminder of the eternal salvation they would be rewarded with, provided they devoted themselves to constant worship."

2nd raffle winner: 3K word fic written by leafy OR $25
3rd raffle winner: a vector art design/logo by leafy OR $15

Question How do I participate in the raffle? Question
Any kind of new fan creation you post in the Streetlight server (pinned in this channel) will enter you into the competition (memes, art, emotes, sketches, fic, etc).

You receive 1 raffle entry for every sketch or meme you post. You receive 3 entries for every fic (minimum 1k words), emote, or art piece.

There will be additional raffle points awarded to our favorite piece in each category. And if enough people submit something in the same category, then there will be a second and third place winner as well. First place gives you 10 raffle entries, second gives you 7, and third gives you 5.

You can win across multiple categories (ie first in the art competition and first in the meme competition), but you can’t win multiple in one category (ie first and second in art).

With the fic’s conclusion approaching, we’re holding another community raffle like last year where submitted art (fanfics, fanart, etc) get you entries towards winning a prize. We’ll also be creating an ED video with all the fanart across the series!
