You must abide by all of our rules to remain a member on this server.
Any attempt to bypass a mute with an alt account, or leaving the server while muted, will result in an immediate account ban.
Evading a ban with a new account will result in the new account being banned and all accounts will no longer be eligible for appeal.
Please read and take our rules to heart. By participating in any text or voice channel in this server, you acknowledge that you have read our rules, and will abide by them. We abide by Discord’s Code of Conduct as a Partnered Server. Any infraction of Discord’s COC or our TOS can result in a mute, kick, or ban - the length of which is at the discretion of moderators. Repeat offenders (more than three rule violations) will be permanently banned from the server.

Server Rules apply to all usernames, nicknames, avatars, emotes, and anything visible to other users
1. Treat everyone with kindness and respect. No trolling, baiting, platform-shaming, elitism, backseat gaming, condescension, discrimination, slurs, or personal attacks. For example: do not use words like 'gay' or 'retard' in a derogatory manner.
2. No derailing of channels or discussion of divisive topics (including but not limited to politics, religion, gender, sexuality, suicide, violence, etc.) These topics do not belong anywhere on the server. Disruption of #📟discord-server-feedback and other channels will result in a 6+ hour mute. Use channels appropriately when posting and check the pins for important information.
3. Absolutely no NSFW content (or sexually suggestive or implied), no explicit content, or any 18+ content such as drugs/alcohol. This rule is enforced by what the moderation team deems unsafe. If you don't think it's safe, don't post it.
4. No unsolicited DM's or advertising of any kind. Do not break or encourage breaking Bungie's ToS. This includes advertising paid carries/recovs, discussing/encouraging the use of cheats, boosting services, win trading, etc. Do not impersonate Bungie staff. Anyone found breaching Bungie's ToS will be banned.
5. No begging for in-game add-ons (such as season pass, silver, dlcs, etc.) or asking for money from other users. This includes indirectly asking for items in hopes someone will purchase them for you.
6. Do not spread false information, or impersonate Bungie or Discord staff.
7. No scamming. Do not post malicious links, downloads, or websites as well as any attempts to scam users in their direct messages, etc. Do not scam via the giveaway.
8. Do not post personally identifiable information, threaten to doxx, or witch-hunt others. Do not post screenshots of the game or DMs containing negativity towards another player. For server-related user concerns, open a ticket in #💌contact-us.
9. Do not use any language other than English on the server.
10. Clan recruiters must adhere to all rules listed in #clan-faq.
11. Do not upload, post, discuss, request, or link to anything that violates local or International law. Do not encourage any behavior that breaks Bungie’s, Sony’s, Microsoft’s, Google's or Steam’s Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, discussing unofficially leaked content about the game or discussing grey market resellers.
12. All voice channels are subject to the same rules as the text channels. Use common sense and be courteous to others while in voice. Streaming of D2 activities is permitted in any voice category but must abide by the correct voice category activity. Those streaming incorrect activities in the wrong voice category will receive a verbal warning and be kicked from the channel. Users may stream any game, application or software only in the casual voice category. Any content streamed that is NSFW/18+, illegal, pirated or anything else the staff deems inappropriate will result in a permanent ban.
13. Do not attempt to ping larger roles i.e ( @ everyone, @ here). These pings are disabled however it is extremely rude to attempt to use them.
14. Any gifs, images or videos containing rapid-changing graphics/colors/images which can cause or be linked to epileptic seizures are strictly not allowed.
