So I bought the digitalocean laravel droplet as Robert suggested but then I connected it to cloudflare and installed it ssl from ssh but then uninstalled it because I realized that cloudflare gives ssl and now I get "is currently unable to handle this request", before was the thing with redirected too many times but I changed the ssl to full strict

We're not cloudflare support, I'd suggest you read up on cloudflare's ssl modes

so it's issue from cloudflare and if I just point on the domain register the ip would be fine?

cloudflare has different ssl modes yes, if you configure it incorrectly then it can cause issues like this

oh I see, I will stick to normal ssl
