after order purchase uploading images

I'm making a webshop and making the function where you can upload images and put notes after the order but if I have multiple orders i need them all to be able to have their own notes and files

in this code im about to provide it works but basically the images go in all 3 collumns that i have (with 3 collumns i mean 3 items in my order which means 1 collumn for each item)

and this is my table structure:
