Hello, I need a way to share code of a project to the client who is asking to check the code quality and implementation of the code before giving the payment. There was a contract signed by my managers but it seem's its not a strong contract and will not be able to help us incase they take the code without paying.
Is there any ways I can share the project or code snippets in a way they cannot copy it or download it?

Talk to a lawyer. That's what contracts are for. And you mentioned your managers arranged this, so it's their responsibility, right?

Unless it is explicitly written out in your documentation that the code quality is a part of the terms of payment, then and only then is when that is acceptable. It sounds like you’re in a bit of a pickle. Get some history from your managers, written from emails and chats. As previously noted get a view from a lawyer. Good luck.
