In the dungeon I had no issues with upgrading my weapon for some reason I was slow when attacking so after I attack I would get attacked twice. I had a haste 2 ring + an armor of swiftness and I had plenty of strength to use what I had. Is this a glitch or is there a hidden slowness with specific armors? Maybe the augment of damage on my sword cuz it's happened before when I've added that but it doesn't say anything about slowing my weapon

It does slow your weapon when you augment damage

it's also to do with your strength
if the weapon's strength value is higher than your character's strength, it can decrease attack speed
