After completing the game on pc, the campaign screen changed over. After a while, the survivor asset became off center heavily. It was fine until I started learning how to mod the game.
I have never edited any assets in the game files and it seems to be permanently stuck in this off-centered position. Trying the game on a laptop still presents the same issue.
Despite this, the model may become randomly centered again, I do not know what triggers this but it ocuors sometimes.
Its been here for about a year now and is really starting to get annoying.

I seem to not be able to find the exception log, has it been renamed or am I just really bad at finding files?

hm, usually this is caused by accidentally moving and saving the menu scenes with devtools enabled, although that shouldn't carry over between pc and laptop. But you might try deleting the Rain World\RainWorld_Data\StreamingAssets\scenes folder then verifying file integrity through steam, to see if that is the issue.
