#Issue with Evergreen Mod
61 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
are you a linux user, or got the game via xbox game pass?
I'm on pc windows, got the game from GOG, I downloaded the mods manually
make sure your game is up to date (current version is 1.11.7, you can see the version in the upper right of the settings menu), and try going into RegionKit's remix menu settings, going to the Bakery tab, and enabling "show hidden slugcats"
I'm on the newest version, region kit doesn't appear to have a settings menu
when you click on its name in the remix menu, it says that it doesnt have a settings menu?
can you check Rain World/BepInEx for a LogOutput file?
could you send it?
this says you only have one mod enabled
How tf
you can try disabling and re-renabling your mods
Amd then send the log again?
if you like
with gelbi's silly lib enabled, there should be a Changelogs button at the bottom of the main menu
so you should be able to tell if things are working without needing to send the log
I'll do that
I don't see it 😭
I'll send the log again
did you manually download bepinex?
Yes should I mention that my mods are in streaming assets/mods idk if I'm supposed to put them in the Mods folder in the main dir
Yes I did
that is bad
this is the correct place to put them, dw
it's not
boi is not used anymore, modern RW comes with a custom version of bepinex
it cannot work with other versions of bepinex, you would need to reinstall rw
you downloaded bepinex
I'll redownload it
Oh shittt
- redownload RW
- put your mods into
Rain World/RainWorld_Data/StreamingAssets/modsof the new download - enable them in the remix menu
The whole game?
yes
you only really need the bepinex version taht comes with it but it's not a public version, so it can't be downloaded elsewhere
Okay
On it
This will probably take some time ofc, thanks for your patience

Thanks for the help buddy
So all the issues were caused by one shitty video which said that I should download the latest version of bepin
it happens
(also latest version is 1.11.8 now)
rather, an outdated video
this was true pre-1.9, before the introduction of Remix added built-in modding support
