issue is with the Rain Deer in the region, I think

looking at the code, it appears the list of rooms Rain Deer can access is determined differently when both Remix Mod and the Watcher are off, and that version doesn't null-check the rooms in the list

(the game freezes upon entering a gate, and Warp throws an error when trying to warp in)

It seems like this is technically a vanilla bug, it just never comes up in vanilla since the only official non-Farm-Arrays Rain Deer rooms are Watcher-exclusive.
