Been playing for quite a bit now. Found the ||Spinning Top ending||, however after continuing I can't find any portals nor I can create any (the slugcat just kinds of does nothing). I tried to go to a few places to no avail. Any hints?

Try restarting, or doing it with any funky mods disabled, or also doing it with coop disabled as just one player
