#Modded Room puts slug into a weird Black box on the screen without Rendering correctly

I had the issue with not being able to warp to my room b4 so i copied a room from the Outskirts into my mod to try and see what would happen if i entered it Via Pipe. My modlist and the mod that includes the custom region should be under this post,
this is my world file:

ROOMS
XX_B13 : XX_1, DISCONNECTED
XX_1 : XX_B13
END ROOMS

CREATURES
END CREATURES

BAT MIGRATION BLOCKAGES

END BAT MIGRATION BLOCKAGES

I assume i have some typo or something somewhere since the Warp menu says something like "couldnt realise room" and from what ive read on the wiki that means that it couldnt load it into the "active" part of the game properly wich does seem to line up with what im seeing, tho the error does only seem to appear when the broken room is the first room i try to warp too

you should edit XX_1.png so it's named XX_1_1.png
