I feel lost and under time pressure of the rot spreading. I dont want to play on hard mode every region cuz I took so long. The heavily rotted areas are no fun for me and I worry taking too long would kill the joy of the run.

I tried following the purple slugs when they bother to show up but their direction hasnt helped once. Admitedly only time I found the echo again was looking it up on wiki and id prefer not have to do that repeadetly.

Is there any in game indication what regions have a friend present to visit or is it just keep looking endlessly around till you find her again?

The echo is also found in surplus, so l have confidence you will succeed by pushing forward

Do not stress about the rot, as its spread is something within your control huntersip in fact its existence as a mechanic could mean it's something you will even have to embrace down the road

So.... I got to outer rim, found all the ghost slugs for the spiral, followed them to the end of the trail they lead you down.... And now they ask me to climb a tower with multiple jumps there is no way I could make without some movement techs i dont know or abilities I dont have... or copius ammounts of spears....
Am I cooked and did all that gather early for nothing?
I was hoping whatever it would give me could help with finding echos but ig I wont even get that...

No harm in getting things done early monksilly now you know to come back when your situation ever changes in a way that'll make it easier to traverse that room lizgreengaming

I had my friend who doesnt play RW act as spoiler filter looking at wiki and asked the for each region I visited, does this contain an echo? yes/no.
Turns out I literally managed to visit all the regions that didnt contain them.

Either way, now I got the floating and spiral dial abilities

tho I dont get the teleport cuz when the tp menu opens, the game drops to 10fps and idk how to confirm where to tp to.

Got the first ending. I think I'll hold off on other endings and collectibles for a while. I dont want to sully it's beauty.
