You won't lock out of endings with one exception
You can ask again about that further down the line, you are still early and it'll not be relevant yet
The echo related ending will not lock out anything

I'm playing through the watcher right now, and after going through a bajillion portals thinking I just needed to explore, I figured out I'm supposed to find more echoes. I have no issue with this, as it means I get to play the game more. BUT Ive heard people say there are ||multiple endings|| and I don't want to miss any by accidentally doing the wrong one first and locking myself out of other ones. I can't get a clear answer om the internet of how to do this whiteout the guide being filled with spoilers. Can someone help me please??

I just encountered what I'm pretty sure is called the weaver? It had really cryptic dialogue and I thing it has to do with another ending so I'm just going to ignore it for now
