was just wondering if the only exit out the garbage wastes is back into the industrial zone?
ive been searching for a good bit and ive only ever found myself back to a gate that brings me into industrial zone
maybe im supposed to go back there?

there is always more than one entrance and exit in a region!! if you find yourself just going in circles, it might be worth using your map to find unexplored paths you might have missed 
you aren't "supposed" to go anywhere if that's any comfort and there's no intended path, as long as you're exploring that's good
