How to get through long jumps in [spoiler] without a [spoiler]?

I'm trying to get to Farm Arrays through Sky Islands as Gourmand, and I have a King Vulture mask that I obviously want to keep. How can i get through Sky Islands without needing to ditch my King Vulture mask?

There are other ways to extend your jump distance

Especially as gourmand

you can do pouncy movement tech and stuff there's a lot of ways to jump farther + higher

an easier one i use is that if you do a roll, your jumps will be higher if you jump out of a roll

and if you do a backflip you can roll out of the backflip

so you can basically
backflip
roll
jump out of the roll
get big jump

very useful for sky islands
not too hard to learn
