Hey, Im in the garbage wastes rn, right after passing the Scavenger Toll. Right to me there is a shelter from my precious karma. The problem is, I dont know, how to get further. The only way to leave this area is by using the pipe above me, but I dont know how to get to this pipe. In the left there is a dead end
I dont really think that im stuck, but I also have no idea, what to do next. Pls help

I suggest finding a different path onwards

going back left is possible
finding a ||spear|| will make the jump easier but isn't required
you have to stand on the center platform and jump up it, while making sure to hold left/up at the highest point of your jump so you pull yourself up the ledge of the platform
it may take a few tries though 
if you sheltered there and you are on pc there's also the option of restoring a backup which you can find in the ingame settings
