How do i get used to arti controls (mainly the [Spoiler])?

So i mostly play on controller, and i want to become good at the keyboard the mouse but arti controls are too difficult, i can play the game very well and i can do most of the "advanced" things (not the backflip spear throw tho)
And it's so hard for me to get used to the grab+jump thing
