That is the ||collectible tracker, showing each region as the dots with all of the arena unlocks visible. Blue are creatures/items, orange are arenas and green is for new slugcats||

I've been playing rain world for 15 hours now and an making through the game... somehow. as I've been sleeping through the cycles I've seen these dots (circled in blue) and have wondered what they mean or do for me
