So I got to where I assume is end game called the shaded citadel and got to a room with 3 blue orbs when thrown it lights up the room but can't get to the right even though the game is telling me to and need help with it.

I've kinda just been chugging along I don't think I've used my map since I entered the shaded citadel
I got past this room by throwing a pole and climbing up but tomorrow I know what to try
