hi!! im playing through the game blind and looking for a direct answer :)

when fast traveling do you take with you items in ur belly?
I know that fast travel is one time only from doing an achievement, or some objective next to karma wheel like killing all lizards, but like can you re-earn the ability to fast travel if u do the mission again?

Each "achievement" earns you a single-use token during that campaign monksilly
