When I was playing through the Saint campaign (with mods, mind you) to get the tokens I haven't gotten, I navigated to one of the rooms in the starting region with a shelter and pipe entrance being entered fram below, one from above and I think one raised but sideways, with several pits that I think is somewhat close to a gate on cycle 2. When I decided to go past the shelter and to another room, the game instantly closed. No unity crash window, nothing.
The next attempt, I went to the same room and tried to use the shelter in the room so if the game crashes again, I can easily keep trying things to go further. However, when sleeping (specifically when the screen faded to black), the game instantly closed again.
After reopening again is when rain world thought my save file was empty.
This bug has happened multiple times, in and out of modded campaigns (however if an unmodded campaign, it seemed to always be the saint campaign)
Additionally, when this type of glitch happens, it also causes several backup entries created before the glitch (and therefore working fine normally) to also be mistaken to be empty.
However, if I load one of these "empty" backups and open the sav txt file in a text file (or from the backup's folder itself), it is shown to very much not be empty, despite the game's claims.
ConsoleLog also shows the game claiming these saves/backups are """"empty"""".
I cannot simply start over, as I have not finished with the watcher campaign and have already gotten all but one ending (a pre-1.5 one). and this has happened several times before, so I am in need of some sort of way to fix this.
This happened on a Steam Deck, and there were no exception logs.
The files uploaded on this part are the latest backup, which the game thinks is "empty".
