softlocked when leaving a warp

i was forced to crate a warp in outer rim after absorbing a huge ripple spawn thingy and when the region loaded i was dead immediatly

after verifying the game files i can see that i keep spawning inside rot, but i'm still softlocked and lost all my karma, every time i reload my save i spawn inside rot and die

I did the same thing where you get to choose where to warp in outer rim, but instead of dying immediately my game just crashes in the loading screen no matter what

Its so sad bc I have to restart my save theres no other way
