i can't find what's causing golden feathers to appear around the shattered terrace icon, i thought it was some sort of encounter like ||spinning top|| or a change to the map but there's nothing different from when i last visited it. i've explored every room in and out of ripplespace and i'm kind of out of ideas on what to do rn

i think i found it in torrid desert but i didn't go meet it because the cycle was ending, i just went to sleep and now it's gone
