Is this a bug? I have returned to a save file where I had previously gotten both original Watcher endings. Met the weaver a few times and was randomly closing portals. I entered into Daemon, and was soft locked there? My Ancient Urban portal and my Outer Rim portals were both closed??

I had to die to reset...

keep closing the portals, you can also warp to different regions
