when i enter arena, die or finish the round, the room will appear unrendered just like the pngs in the files,
-persists through verifying integrity of files
-still appears even if i changemap or gamemode
-tried with zero mods, still was there

i'm having a similar problem too, the effects you mensioned happened on top of the arena background just flickering
