Frame drops on new areas and when certain enemies appear

(steam,windows11) , no mods.
when i explore new areas , certain enemies and environments cause me frame drops. Most areas i am fine but when it it occurs its impossible to play the game
i have gathered some clips from 1 area but this has happened on multiple areas even without "enemies".
its as if i get the mushroom effect at random and other times even worse then w,hat i showed. about ( 3/10 areas have a slow effect)
