i am so confused

i am REALLY unsure how im supposed to get through shaded citadel without being able ti hold any items (have to hold the cell)

or even back down the wall

but esp shaded or shoreline,,

i do glow because i ate some neurons in five pebbles but i dont think that scares away spiders or coalescipedes
