I just came to this room from above but can't get back this way or even go left beacuse the jump seems imposible, any tips? (on the right there only is a shelter)

i will say the jump on the left over the middle bit isn't impossible

There's a reason for this room being like this so don't worry much yet about its awfulness; that jump on the left's totally possible
