Possible spoilers.
So ive come pretty far in my campaign i think. Im on the seventh or eight "karma level" and ive come to the top of a series of rottet rooms in the outer rim. Theres a karma flower and a massive rot cyst in the room but seemingly nothing else to see or do. Ive tried going back a bit, but theres no branching paths the entire way up. Not quite sure what to do?
