Howwww to finish unlocking an area

Hi chat (spoilers I think? not sure how late-game this is is yet). I'm currently at ||the throne and I've unlocked two of the four exits so far, except I can't figure out how to unlock the third one? I opened a warp point in the second room, but nothing really happened after I came back through it? Do I just need more karma or what||
