Both times I've tried this new feature I discovered I get to this animation and then nothing happens and I'm forced to quit out

I've been having the exact same issue, tried disabling all my mods, verifying game files and I'm currently redownloading the game to see if at least that works. Everything else in the campaign has functioned so far, it's specifically ||up+special pulling you into the portal you made, then you just rotating there forever||

For me it just solved itself when the latest update dropped, which is odd since it wasn't about this bug at all
