Can't figure out what to do or if I'm supposed to be doing anything at all in a certain region.

I'm in ||Shattered Terrace ||and I can see an|| echo|| through a|| portal/rift, however you want to call it||. Is it supposed to be a hint that there is an ||echo|| in the region you can see through the ||portal|| or do you have to do something to access it. If the latter then can I get a hint on what to do. ||My max karma is|| in the image if that matters. If it's hinting at the region can I get the two letters for each word in its name so as not to spoil the name of the region if I haven't seen it yet. (For example it'd be ||CC|| for ||Coral Cave||s or just ||S|| for ||Salination||). Thanks in advance.
