I'm in outer rim and I noticed whenever i stood in a particular spot, this strange whimpering noise like a kettle or a balloon would play. Is this a bug? Is this something I should be scared of? Am i hallucinating?
I am unsure which tag fits this best so i'm using both for now

this might be slightly late but that actually means that you're hearing a sound that is being played by the game that you can hear using your ears
