Route as Saint - where to from here?

Hey. Looking for some rough guidance on the region route as Saint and couldn’t find anything clear on Google.
I’m in Undergrowth and I have all the “west” side echoes - Windswept Spires, Solitary Towers, Desolate Fields, Primordial Underground and Undergrowth.

It seems like I have to go through Glacial Wasteland regardless, then go to 5P or Moon next, and that they potentially circle around to each other?

I think there’s three echoes left. Do I need em all?

You can go wherever you wanna go if you wanna go Moon or FP first
You need however many echos as there are the Pilgrim notches
