so i've been friendly with scavengers my whole playthrough, i went into one of their secret base things and gave one a blue pearl and he dropped a explodey rock thing so i took it but then like 10 seconds later a scavenger comes in and tries to throw a spear at me so i kill it but now i have full on hunting squads coming for me and i dont know what to do or if its my fault, any help or advice is very useful
