If you have Key Items Tracking remix option (it is enabled by default), the pearl will stay in the last place you left it, which is likely around FP's chamber. You can use a passage to get it back, and another one to teleport with the pearl to LttM (though, to passage with the pearl, you also need Key Items On Passage option enabled)
