karma gate hates me

whenever I try to open up a gate to subterranean from any other karma gates, it just absolutely blows me off and does not open. waited 37 hours with my pc on but it still didn't work. i am survivor slugcat and have absolutely no clue how to open these things up, and after scrolling most of the bug reports section, I found nothing like this at all. already tried all entrances to subterranean using the wiki map, but nothing works, pls help.
INSIGHT:
when triggered,, the first gate closes as if nothing happens, no lag or anything of the sort. the second one doesn't open, and if I attempt to brute force it by noclipping through, the other entrance doesn't work. Also if I attempt to noclip to the other side to start the other part of the subterranean karma gate before the normal way, it still doesn't work, although it gives a lil bit of lag. If no gate is activated, it still ejects me out.

Has any of those solutions worked? I'm having the same issue with all the gates connecting to outskirts.

Close the game and upload all of the following, if they exist. Paths with a standard Steam installation provided:
