Hey there! It's me yet again with more crashes on this game, woohoo!
Last time I tried running the game with Downpour I had to delete my save files to see if I could play normally, since it didn't stop crashing
Now for some reason this is back? And it's so weird to explain so I'll give you all as much information as possible!
What exactly happens?
- The game suddenly freezes when on the main menu, be it on the options, arena, remix, even got it to happen in the collection tab. I don't think the place matters, it just crashes
- I CAN however, play the game normally if I go to story quickly and load up a game, just tried that and nope, 0 crashes and game runs perfectly!
- The freeze blacks out my screen for a moment, and when it comes back, Discord has closed, OBS crashed mid-recording, and Steam restarted.
- The crash SOMETIMES gives the unity crash popup, but doesn't most of the time
- The music/sounds KEEP PLAYING until it gets force closed. I could also hear applying mods (msc/remix) after a moment even if it crashed mid-apply, so the game is still there somewhat?
And most importantly,
THE CRASH DOES NOT LEAVE AN exceptionLog.txt!!!
So I have 0 idea on how to help this, other than giving you the normal consoleLog.txt, a demonstration on how this happens (Attached right below!) and my save files WHICH I FEEL could be having something going on.
