When visiting Five Pebbles as Artificer, he acts as if we've already talked. He gives her the mark of communication, then immediately throws her into the exit hatch and asks her to leave, as if she's already talked to him about the Scavengers.
The console log for the encounter mentions a "CONVERSATION LOG FAILED!" at the point where 5P would seemingly talk to Artificer, which seems important. Is there any reason this could be happening? it's definitely a mod conflict, but beyond that I have no idea.
