#Inv exclusive dev commentary doesn't work

It just doesn't appear and can't be collected.
I unlocked the dev commentary legitimately after beating challenge 70 - doesn't work.
I tried enabling a cheat in MSC remix options that unlocks it - it still didn't work.
Dev commentary is enabled in options
I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, as it seems that nobody who tried it was able to do it.
